Private Sessions

 
 

Private sessions are suitable whether you are a beginner, pregnant, returning to your practice after having a baby (or after a long hiatus), recovering from an injury, or wanting to focus on other unique goals.

Our time together will help cultivate a deeper appreciation for your body, and more attunement to the natural cycles which influence your lived experience.

This is a chance to focus solely on YOU. 

My approach

I hold a passion for women’s health, and practices which support cyclic living -  seasonal, menstrual, lunar, and the bigger rhythms in our environment.

This flow guides us to live more intuitively, receptive to our body’s needs and to what life may offer in any given moment. 

Our first session will explore:

  • Your history, any injuries, stage of life, and your desires and ambitions for an embodied practice, including (but not limited to) movement, rest, and meditation

  • Simple exercises and movement you can incorporate into daily life

  • Practices for your specific needs and goals

  • Meditation or relaxation to conclude

Follow up session/s delve into a tailored practice that aligns with your needs.


NOTE: An additional fee may be incurred for travel or studio hire.
