Hi there! I'm Julia, your dedicated postpartum doula, pre and postnatal yoga teacher, massage therapist, educator, and a proud mum of two boys from the inner north of Melbourne. I'm here to guide and support you through the transformative journey of pregnancy and postpartum. 

With a deep passion for providing new parents with holistic support—physically, emotionally, and informationally—I walk alongside you as you navigate this profound period in your life. My personal experiences have shaped my understanding of this journey, from navigating miscarriages to the contrasting experiences of birthing my boys within different care systems, and experiencing high quality postpartum care. I am continually deepening my knowledge of pregnancy and postpartum support and remain committed to empowering you on your postpartum path.

My journey from education to motherhood has reshaped my sense of purpose. Embracing matrescence, I discovered my calling in supporting families during pregnancy and postpartum. I integrate the essence of yoga practices and teachings into my work, believing in the transformative power of movement and breathwork to foster connection and healing. 

Yoga has greatly supported me throughout my two pregnancies and into motherhood. This, coupled with my experience as a school teacher, fuels my passion for holding space for pregnant women and new mums. I aim to guide them toward the benefits of yoga, empowering them to trust their bodies and innate capabilities while nurturing their growth.
